This Privacy Notice explains what personal data Food Engineer Talks collects when you use the Contact or Coaching application forms, why, and what rights you have under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

Why We Collect It
To respond to your inquiry, and — for coaching applications — to schedule and prepare for your free introductory call. We do not use this data for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond replying to you.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form.
Where It's Stored
Your data is stored in a database on our own server. Regular backups (including this data) are stored on Google Drive, operated by Google LLC, which may involve transferring data outside Turkey.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your data until you ask us to delete it — see your rights below.
Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about it, if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom your data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data
- Request that any correction or deletion be notified to third parties your data was shared with
- Object to a result that is to your detriment, arising solely from automated analysis of your data
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your data

Anonymous Site Statistics
We keep basic, anonymous visit statistics (which pages are viewed, and roughly when) to understand how the site is used. This does not include your name, email, or IP address, and cannot be traced back to you personally. It is stored only in our own database — never shared with Google Analytics or any other third party.
